Hazel Guajardo, APRN, FNP

Hazel Guajardo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, practicing since 2017. She graduated with her bachelor's in nursing degree from the University of Texas - Pan American in 2010. She then obtained her master’s degree from Chamberlain University in 2017. Prior to working at Aspire Allergy & Sinus, she practiced family medicine at a community health center where she treated many allergy sufferers. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, and enjoys family time and serving her community as a healthcare provider.
