How It Works

Your patient will come in for a comprehensive consult and allergy test, featuring both skin pricks and intradermal testing in the upper arm. The testing process lasts about 90 minutes. We also offer sinus consults and in-office CT scanners for your sinus patients.
Then, we will review the treatment options with them, which include allergy drops, allergy shots, or the increasingly popular ExACT Immunoplasty. In-office sinus procedures are also offered, if needed.
We’ll ensure you receive patient records after their clinic visit as well as any paramount treatment updates.

Refer Your Patients in 2 Easy Steps:

Fill out your referral form or ours with your patient’s name and diagnosis, referring provider name, insurance plan, DOB, phone number and email.
Fax it to us at 855-765-1460, or send it through your EMR. Faxing a referral ensures that we know you referred or recommended our services. This allows us to reach out to your patients, answer any questions about scheduling, treatment, insurance, etc. Your faxed referral also guarantees we will send you progress notes after the appointment.
We are committed to contacting patients within 1-2 days after receiving your referral. With most locations, we can usually see your patient within 7-10 days.

What services can you offer my patients?

The allergists and ENTs at Aspire Allergy & Sinus specialize in performing complete allergy testing (both environmental and food). We offer a variety of allergy treatment options for your patients that include allergy shots, allergy drops, and ExACT Immunoplasty (a series of 3 injections). Our ENT team provides several specialized sinus procedures.

How do I refer a patient?

You may easily refer a patient by faxing over your referral form, or sending it through your EMR.

Where will you treat my sinus patients?

We have several offices in each metro area equipped to perform outpatient sinus procedures.

Will your office complete a prior authorization before the procedure?

Yes. Following receipt of your referral, our office will handle coordination with your patient for scheduling, completion of any needed prior authorizations, and follow up.

How will you communicate with me regarding my patient’s treatment?

Following the office visit and/or procedure, progress notes will be faxed to your office.
