ExACT Immunoplasty℠ gives you years of allergy relief in just 8 weeks!
Millions of people suffer through each allergy season, for years and years on end, simply because they are too busy to come in for weekly allergy shots. Even more convenient solutions like allergy drops can be a pain to remember to take every day, and each day you miss lengthens your treatment time!
So what do you do?
We believe you deserve to treat your allergies on your own terms.
That’s why we created ExACT Immunoplasty℠, a series of THREE injections that can help you kick your allergies to the curb in just 8 weeks.
No more taking an allergy pill just to survive the day!
ExACT Immunoplasty℠ is a form of allergy immunotherapy called intralymphatic immunotherapy. The procedure introduces tiny amounts of allergens to the patient’s immune system via the inguinal lymph node, and consists of 3 injections over the course of 8 weeks.
Targeting a specific lymph node allows the immune system to immediately recognize the allergen as non-threatening, with a much more rapid reduction in allergy symptoms. ExACT Immunoplasty℠ is currently the fastest method to achieve long-term allergy relief, with 87.5% of patients seeing immediate results.
Step 1: Schedule Your Allergy Test
You’ll come in for an allergy test where we’ll test your sensitivity of up to 58 allergens. At this appointment you will get your allergy test results immediately, and we’ll review those results with you. Your provider will discuss customized treatment options and determine if ExACT Immunoplasty℠ is right for you. The first treatment can be scheduled on the same day you complete your allergy test.
Step 2: The First Treatment
The ExACT Immunoplasty℠ procedure places a small amount of your treatment solution into the inguinal lymph node, using ultrasonic guidance. The entire procedure takes about 5 -10 minutes, followed by a 60 minute observation.
We offer complimentary snacks and beverages in our waiting area.
Step 3: The Second Treatment
The second treatment will be performed four weeks after the first, following the same protocol.
Step 4: The Third (and Final!) Treatment
The third treatment is also performed four weeks after the second treatment, or eight weeks after the first treatment.
Step 5: Begin Enjoying an Allergy-Free Life!
Live your life free from allergy symptoms! More than 8 out of 10 people have reported a significant reduction in their allergy symptoms after their third ExACT Immunoplasty℠ injection.

We treat patients 12 years and older with ExACT Immunoplasty℠. Patients under 12 may receive treatment on a case by case basis.

Yes, ExACT Immunoplasty℠ is a form of allergy immunotherapy called intralymphatic immunotherapy. It is currently the fastest-working method of allergy immunotherapy available on the market.
In the studies that have been done on this procedure, no patients experienced side effects, and none of our current patients have experienced any adverse effects. However, in an abundance of caution, we do require patients to have an EpiPen at their appointment in the extremely rare scenario that they experience an adverse reaction.
Existing allergy drop and shot therapies are similar, but less efficient methods, because the large amounts given through the mouth and skin only result in a minimal impact to nearby lymph nodes. Targeting a specific lymph node allows the immune system to immediately recognize the allergen as non-threatening, with a much more rapid reduction in allergy symptoms.
This has been the subject of at least 11 previous studies examining the therapy. All of those that used a protocol similar to ours, demonstrated a safety profile that was superior to allergy shots. Because the therapy is new, we perform our procedure in our in-office operating rooms and observe our patients for one hour afterwards. For even more information, download our e-book below.
ExACT Immunoplasty℠ is currently available in most cities where we practice. View our allergy clinics near you.
Some of our patients saw results even before the third treatment, so we believe the results are almost immediate. Previous studies found positive results four months after the procedure, although patients may have had relief earlier. If your goal is to eliminate a particularly bad seasonal allergen, we recommend scheduling the procedure so that your final treatment is done at least one month before the season occurs.
It’s important to remember that allergy treatment is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Everyone is different, and some patients don’t think the treatment worked for them until they realize they’re halfway through allergy season…and they aren’t sneezing!
ExACT Immunoplasty℠ has an effectiveness rate of 87.5%. A study comparing this therapy with allergy shots for grass allergies, demonstrated that it was more effective than three years of allergy shot therapy.
We can include up to three allergens in each treatment series. After completion of the series, you can do another series with three more allergens, or sometimes just a fourth dose is effective at treating any lingering symptoms. This can continue with even more allergens, but we expect to achieve symptom relief even if we do not treat every allergen to which you are sensitive.
Our review of 100 injections demonstrated a pain rating of 0.5/10, meaning that it was barely noticeable.
