Am I eligible for the referral program?

All patients of Aspire Allergy & Sinus that have been tested are eligible for the program.

The only exceptions to this are Medicare, Medicaid, VA and Tricare patients. This is due to federal law that doesn't allow health care companies to send cash equivalents (like gift cards) to patients who have used these benefits with us.

While we can't send you a gift card, we still want to show you how appreciative we are! So we send patients that aren't eligible for the gift cards a gift bag filled with Aspire Allergy & Sinus goodies.

Do I get a gift card for every patient I send?

Yup! There are no limits to how many patients you can refer or gift cards sent, however the person does need to come in for an allergy test for the referral bonus to be rewarded.

Will I get a gift card for referring my family?

You will not receive gift cards for referring your immediate family to our clinic. We love that you're such a fan of us to bring your family in for testing, but our referral program is our incentive for you to spread the word about Aspire outside your inner circle.
