I saw their posts on Facebook and I finally contacted them to see if they accepted my insurance and to my surprise they did. Everyone has been so nice, so wonderful and they explain everything to me that is going to be happening and why. It is rare that you find that anymore, at least that is what I have found. They are so very patient and happy to see you. It is a pleasant experience, if you can call going to a doctor's office to get allergy shots pleasant. The people make it the pleasant experience. The office is always clean and appealing, it has never been crowded, nor has it been a tense atmosphere like when a patient has been unhappy with the treatment they got. I have not had to wait long at all for any of my appointments, in fact they have seen me early when I was earlier than my appointment time. Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Central Austin is located in the Balcones Professional Park at 5929 Balcones Dr., off of Mopac Expy. Our office is a 3 story gray building with black windows, north of the BBVA Bank and Storage Depot. Our office is on the 2nd floor.
Parking is available on both sides and back of the building.

Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Central Austin serves the Northwest region of Austin and the surrounding neighborhoods of Alladale, Highland Hills, Valleyside Place, Greystone Center, Northwest Hills and Crestview.
Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Central Austin offers a variety of services including: environmental & seasonal allergy testing and treatment, food allergy testing, Oral Immunotherapy, ExACT Immunoplasty, sinus consults, sinus procedures & asthma treatment.
We do see pediatric patients! For both food and environmental allergy testing we see patients from ages 4 months and up. It’s important to note that for children 9 years and younger the type of testing is up to the parent/provider’s discretion.
For our ExACT Immunoplasty procedure we treat patients ages 12 years and up.
For our sinus procedures, it’s a case-by-case scenario to determine who is eligible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. For all missed appointments, without proper notification, a $50 no-show fee will be applied to your account.
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare. While we do accept health plans from most insurance carriers, it’s important to know your plan's coverage. Most health insurance companies do not pay for allergy testing until the annual deductible is met, so it’s always a good idea to call your insurance plan to see where you stand in meeting your deductible and what the coverage is for allergy testing.
Yes, we offer payment plans offered by Aspire. We also accept CareCredit and HSA plans.
