Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Mesa is located near the Banner Baywood Medical Center at 6553 E Baywood Ave. Our office is in the North building, directly across from Building 4. Our office is on the 1st floor.
Parking is available directly in front and in the back of the medical building.
Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Mesa is located near the Arizona Golf Resort & Event Center, Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, and Albertsons.
Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Mesa serves the Eastern region of Mesa and the surrounding neighborhoods of Granite Reef, Sun Villas, Linda Vista, Leisure World, and Holdyn Hills.
Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Mesa offers a variety of services including: environmental & seasonal allergy testing and treatment, food allergy testing, & asthma treatments. While we don’t offer sinus procedures at this clinic, we do offer sinus procedures and ExACT Immunoplasty at our nearby Chandler clinic.
We do see pediatric patients! For both food and environmental allergy testing we see patients from ages 4 months and up. It’s important to note that for children 9 years and younger the type of testing is up to the parent/provider’s discretion.
For our ExACT Immunoplasty procedure we treat patients ages 12 years and up.
For our sinus procedures, it’s a case-by-case scenario to determine who is eligible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. For all missed appointments, without proper notification, a $50 no-show fee will be applied to your account.
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare. While we do accept health plans from most insurance carriers, it’s important to know your plan's coverage. Most health insurance companies do not pay for allergy testing until the annual deductible is met, so it’s always a good idea to call your insurance plan to see where you stand in meeting your deductible and what the coverage is for allergy testing.
Yes, we offer payment plans offered by Aspire. We also accept CareCredit and HSA plans.
