Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Northwest is located in The University of Arizona Medical Center - La Cholla Physician Offices at 6261 N La Cholla Blvd. Our office is in the same building as Banner University Medicine and Genesis OB/GYN.
Parking is available directly in front of the medical building.

Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Northwest serves the Northwest region of Tucson and the surrounding neighborhoods of St. John’s Property, El Leah, Sotomayor Ranch, La Cholla Ridge, La Colina Estates, and Canada Del Oro.
Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Northwest offers a variety of services including: environmental & seasonal allergy testing and treatment, food allergy testing and asthma treatment.
We do see pediatric patients! For both food and environmental allergy testing we see patients from ages 4 months and up. It’s important to note that for children 9 years and younger the type of testing is up to the parent/provider’s discretion.
For our ExACT Immunoplasty procedure we treat patients ages 12 years and up.
For our sinus procedures, it’s a case-by-case scenario to determine who is eligible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. For all missed appointments, without proper notification, a $50 no-show fee will be applied to your account.
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare. While we do accept health plans from most insurance carriers, it’s important to know your plan's coverage. Most health insurance companies do not pay for allergy testing until the annual deductible is met, so it’s always a good idea to call your insurance plan to see where you stand in meeting your deductible and what the coverage is for allergy testing.
Yes, we offer payment plans offered by Aspire. We also accept CareCredit and HSA plans.
